At Fur & Karat, every piece is custom-made with love and care. Because your necklace is personalized just for you, shipping includes both production and delivery time.
Processing Time
All of our necklaces are handcrafted and made to order.
- Production time: 3–7 business days
- Each design is carefully engraved and quality-checked before shipping.
During high-demand seasons (holidays or special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer — but we always work as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International Orders: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs, local postal services, or unexpected delays.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your keepsake every step of the way.
If you don’t see your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Fur & Karat is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at our support email before your order enters production.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we do everything we can to ensure smooth delivery, shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions are outside of our control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to our support team and we’ll help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers may be responsible for customs fees or import duties depending on their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
